  1. terrible service, slow and after 2.5 days i still can’t use my lines. and being a customer of theirs for more than 10 years. i guess its time to change. called the 016 2211800 and no one can help now have been pass here and there for more than half an hour and still not solved. i wonder who is going to pay for my call to them.

  2. I’m not sure if other branches are the same like this shit, but this ss2 branch is the worst I have encountered …. slow slow slow slow and terrible “service”..

  3. I wonder they are really piece of shit! they change my plan without inform me anything! what you assume as customer? from lower rm28 monthly commitment I need to pay for rm50 monthly because I want to change from postpaid to prepaid? ss2 digi bad service! now go terrible and annoying!

  4. I bought a Digi prepaid card some years ago. I just found out that it was not registered under my name. It was registered with a name alien to me. What can I do to change it to my name?

  5. How to cancel the friend & Finder message?
I want cancel it for a whole months, which the message is RM0.30/msg, in a day is RM1.50 to be deducted!

I go to SS2 centre, has a staff said that not services in there!
I wasted my money on the message

    COuld you help me?

  6. Digi still carries outdated information on their operational working hours. Digi’s major haul of their so called upgrading of it’s system is a fiasco to me. Now my tracking of internet usage demands questioning. Instead of providing steady correct fifures of usages, I now find alot of unexplained high records usages which was not standardized like before. Either it’s data digital recorders malfunction or something fishy is going on. This results in my second thoughts with Digi.
