I have outstanding balance of RM1,700 in my Maybank Account and did not activate it for more than a year. So it is frozen.
Last week I went to MBB in Kelana Jaya near Subang airport road and the teller told me need to go to SS6 Parkview Maybank to withdraw. I waited for almost 2 hours, the Officer by the name Marzini (Guy) asked me to go back and said he will bank into my account. However when I reach office the next day, he said I have withdrawn and closed the account. I have asked him to fax me the voucher but TO NO AVAIL!
What is happening? Can MBB Management please help to provide answer?????:?
