I just want to complaint about your staff at Kelana Jaya Branch was so rude to me (from his voice i know he is indian). I’m calling this morning (6-Nov-2013, Wednesday) to ask about credit card, he ask me about what credit card with loud voice. then said he did not get what i say & put down the phone. is this what cimb provide to their customer?
I’m calling CIMB credit Card Centre from Monday afternoon until this morning also didnt get any feedback.

I open my account in this branch only.As as per my passport my name was chinthapally sampath kumar.
Here what was my query means when i am creating account the cimb people given my account name for cimb as chinthapalli sampath.
immediately i told to them my surname was wrong,i told to them my surname is chinthapally not chinthapalli.
they told me we will update
Tomorrow i give my account details to my friend to transferrer as chinthapally.
but it was not in float problem

Useless..many times I go cimb k.jaya but the service is bad.For exmaple wth the staff ask me to call the branch I open my accaount.when I request for a new card coz my ic n wallet missing.I go to bandar sunway cimb n they do it for me to settle my new card..
I totally agree that CIMB Kelana Branch service is extremely bad. I have a few companies that are open with this bank. I have sent requests for statements of these few companies as they have not sent to my office since 16th June 2017 and till date I have yet to receive any statements and most likely I will be fined by SSM and LDHN. Who is going to pay. Be rest assured that when I returned to Malaysia, I will close all my company account.
